Code is an annual IT symposium hosted by Apeejay School, Noida. Ever since our founding in 1999 we have retained the position of Delhi-NCR's most awaited IT symposium. With over 50 schools from across Delhi-NCR, we make it bigger and better each year.
A team of skilled, dextrous and technologically enthusiastic students, the constituents of CODE club, become the reason behind the grand success of CODE every year. CODE Club was started in Apeejay School Noida by its computer department with a group of 6 students in 1999 with a motive of excelling in the field of computers under the visionary support of late Dr. Stya Paul and technical expertise of Mrs. Sushma Berlia, President, Apeejay Education Society.
Use of helper tools such as right clicking etc. are prohibited and would lead to direct disqualification
You will have only one language to program in (C++ or Python)
You will be provided with questions on the spot. You will be allowed to attempt all the questions in only one language

Movie Making Rules

Prelims
The participants have to make a movie on the given following topic:
"Noor sat on the floor, holding that in her hands. She looked into it and with a whimper, she died."
Creative Complication: The meaning of word "Noor" should stand out in the film.
Bonus Optional Complication: No usage of Dialogues, Quotes or Text of any kind
The participants are free to interpret the prompt in whatsoever way and make a film revolving around it.
It is mandatory to showcase the creative complication, however, participants may use optional bonus complication, which would surely fetch them more marks.
Almost 50% weightage is given to the concept, therefore be creative.
The movie shouldn't exceed 6 minutes runtime including credits and information.
The movie should be uploaded on YouTube and it's link should be emailed to codemoviemaking@gmail.com or submitted to prelims entry form on the website.
8 teams will be shortlisted for the finals and will be called for the judgement.

The participants have to present their product via the help of their ppt.
Digital Imaging Rules

Participants would have to submit their pre made entries on the topic : "Travel to Mars" make a newspaper article /poster/Ad.
The .psd and .jpeg/jpg files both have to be submitted to either on the prelims page or emailed to codedigitalimage@gmail.com latest by 20th July, 2019.
8 entries would be shortlisted for the finals and would be called on the venue to explain their work along with some Q&A's about it.

This is an online cryptic hunt.
All the answers should be in lowercase and without spaces.
The hunt will go live on the website https://encredx.codeapj.club on 23rd July 00:00hrs till 24th July 00:00hrs.
The person at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the hunt, will be declared as the winner.
There can be only one winner.
Group Discussion Rules

Robo Race Rules

The bot has to complete the track within minimum possible time.
All bots must be wired or wireless.
The voltage should not exceed 24 V.
The dimension of the bot should not exceed 10 x 10 x 9 inches including wheels width.
The maximum weight should not exceed 4 kg.
The track will be multi terrain and may include obstacles such as sand, water etc. The track will be disclosed on the day of the event.
Use of pre-programmed kits and fully assembled kits is not allowed.
The height of the bot should not be more than 9 inches.
The length of the wire for wired robots must be atleast 4 meters long.
The Robot must be battery operated and no direct AC operated robots will be allowed.
